We need incentives to move us into future energy technologies and to sever those polluting energy sources which trend toward conflicts with other people ... it's a win-win ... jobs will be created ... our environment will be less polluted ... health of our citizens will be improved ... peace is achievable and we can reduce weapons of mass destruction from America's corporate product lines ...we can stop killing innocent people ...
