7. Flame grilled Boca Burgers
Broiled in a toaster oven. On whole wheat with melted PepperJack cheese. Mayonnaise and Jalapeno Mustard.
So good,I had 2. :9

Oh, and a Sioux City Ginger Beer to wash it down.

12. Feta and Onion risotto and roasted veggies
I got a new cookbook, can you tell? ;)

The risotto was easier than I expected, though, and the Garlic Broth rocked! I made that for lunch for a soup base and then used the rest in the risotto. The MooseWood Low Fat cookbook is great!

14. porterhouse steak with a side of fettuccine alfredo.....
bones went to my brothers dog....she came over today to keep me company. Darn dog knows I'm hurt and she wandered around checking out my house making sure everything was okay and we both then fell asleep.
