Its that time of year again (next Tuesday) when the Mayor of New Orleans turns the city over to Kings Rex and Zulu and the City that parties year round cranks it up a notch. Weather forecast looks good for Friday, Saturday and Sunday (which are awesome party nights) but there is rain in the forecast for Monday and Tuesday. Temperatures will be mid 50's to mid 60's. There is a 100% chance that the 98% who don't get arrested will have one hell of a good time.
