Poll question: What Browser Are You Using?
I'm curious what browsers people are using. Why do you use the browser you do?

1. I go back and forth but Firefox right now.
My IE keeps getting hit with spamware issues. I still have to use it for a number of things Firefox can't handle but right now, i'm using Firefox.

26. I have Internet Explorer and Safari on my Mac at the office.
And at home it's either AOL or Internet Explorer.

2. Mozilla, no other way to go.
It's fast, it's fun, and it blocks ALL popups! :7

IE is out of the question for me. I've tried Netscape and just recently Firefox, but neither so far is as reliably fast and stable on my system as Safari. It just works.

10. Safari
yes... it's made by an 'evil' corp.

BUT... it aint half-bad at all!!! We Mac users are often overlooked... almost as much as the other Linux/Unix types.

ME :bounce:

9. Mozilla (not Firefox) 1.7.5
I like the look and feel of the interface better than Firefox. I've been using Mozilla for about 3 or 4 years now (it was still in 0.6 or 0.7 when I made the switch), and I used Opera before that. I won't use IE because, let's face it, it's bloated, easily exploited, and the "integration" with the OS on Windows boxes means IE browser exploits are a LOT more likely to compromise the operating system than any other browser.

15. Netscape 7.2
I recently down loaded FireFox and Thunderbird.
I like Netscape 7.2 better because it's not as stripped down as FireFox & Thunderbird. They both use the same kernel.

16. Avant Browser --- www.avantbrowser.com
Tabbed Browsing at it's finest. Built-in ad-blockers (ad IMAGE blocking) and pop-up blockers. Built-in easy toggle Flash disabling. Easy toggling of scripts and active-x.

17. Mozilla, man!! The best feature for me....
is the "find" feature... instead of bringing up that annoying popup window, it stays in a bar at the bottom, so you can repeat the search easily. Especially useful if you're following a particularly interesting flame war. Type the last post number in the find box like "#128", then next time, just increment to find the newest.

18. Firefox
I had Mozilla for a little while after ditching IE, but I didn't really use anything else that came with it - just the browser. So I switched to Firefox. It's pretty much the same thing as far as I can tell.

If a website won't load in Netscape, then I use IE 6. I just don't care for the newer versions of Netscape.
