The best hot sauce recipe ever
In the blender put a can of tomatoes, a garlic clove, a dash of lemon juice, and peppers. I use hot banana peppers from my garden but jalapenos work good too. Use seeds and all. I use 6 or 7. It kicks ass.

1. thanks
Probably will last for months in the frige. Sounds like a splash of the sauce in vodka would be perfect. Thanks and I'll give it a try. Might just add a touch of some additional spice/herbs such as a thyme, nutmeg, ginger, mace, clove, or cumin depending on what I'm using it for.

2. Cilantro or comino gives it a more Mexican flavor.
It's easy to make and this is what they do at Mexican restaurants. At some of the restaurants here in the Austin, Tx area they have peppers growing in pots year round. you can't get any fresher than that.

3. I've got an even better recipe
but I can't give it to you...I'm trying to sell it and make a business on it.

But, it is oh so good, you can use it quite a bit without blowing out your taste buds, and it's pretty to look at.
