I've always suspected that with that super-thick French accent, when the cameras stop rolling Jacques Torres starts sounding more like Gilbert Gottfried.

3. His store/factory is only a short bus ride away from my apt
I thought the hot chocolate was amazing.

Until I made a sundae with the Jacques Torres Hot Fudge. That was indeed a great day.
