I really don't blame her. I'm not a Paris Hilton fan, and think the fact that she's famous isn't saying much about society, but I can't blame anyone who had an intimate moment made public against their will being outraged seeing it on a shelf for sale. I think there are mitigating circumstances here.

I might do the same thing... I don't know the history, but from the article it implies that it was an unauthorized video. Sure, she would have done better to pay for it and take it, or give her lawyer the info, so that they could find out where the vendor got the video, but in the emotion of the moment, I'm not so sure I would fault her for this.
