The robbers who call themselves plumbers thawed my pipes
then they stole $500 from me. They didn't even have the decency to be ashamed.

Pricks.

1. My mother once paid a $50 service call fee to have the washer plugged in.
The spin cycle had "walked" the washer enough that the plug fell out one day.. She called Sears, and they sent a guy out.. He plugged it back in, and billed her Sears card for $50.

2. An ordinary hair blow dryer will unthaw your pipes...but you need
"electricity" to run the blow dryer. If you didn't have that...then consider what you payed good because if all your plumbing busts because of frozen pipes...it'd be a lot more $$$$$$'s.?

Ordinary hair blower also "unfreezes block ups in your Refrig Ice Maker" and saves a home repair call. Got this tip from my Kitchen Aid brochure with my Refrig...and I've used it three times in 12 years and saved some repair costs.

Also: leave your water dripping when temps drop below 32 degrees...especially in places exposed to the outside...

Just tips...here. :-)'s glad you got it fixed!
