But really getting on my nerves tonight is the "flash banner" that follows you as you scroll down any of the pages at about.com

I use firefox, can I make it go away?

so either I'm on the wrong pages, or I've already done what I needed to do and the answer to your question is yes. Do you have a link to a specific page where it is going on?
