And is in general an angry dude so I'd lean toward asshole status. Hell of a pitcher though.

I think they call that eccentric.

He's a slightly off-kilter individual but I wouldn't necessarily call him an asshole. I met him breifly once and he seemed nice enough.

Not the most media friendly guy...
