I'm on a profile (I'm military) that says I'm not allowed to do much of anything thanks to chronic lower back pain. I live in on-base housing, which has four units. Each unit is responsible for shoveling roughly 20 feet of sidewalk when it snows by 8am.
However, there are two units that are unoccupied, making the facility manager, a fellow tenant of the unit, responsible for said sidewalk.
Last night, we recieved roughly an inch of snow. Now, my neighbor shoveled the snow, last time we had snow.
What would you do if you were me?
