My proposal for this guy making the sicko posts about Khephra

Being a disruptor is one thing. OK, we are an internet message board and it's to be expected that people will sometime come over here and make fun of us, or John Kerry, or the Clintons. That's fine. Kerry and the Clintons are big boys and girls and they can take care of themselves, and we are certainly capable of defending ourselves from trolls or engaging in debate, or banning people from the board.

But some guy--now he's calling himself Hashi858 is making SICK, DEMENTED and DISGUSTING (and untrue) posts about the most respected DUer in the history of this board.

I'm sorry, but I don't think banning him over and over again (he keeps coming back) is enough. I think a full investigation should be conducted by the administrators to find this person's name, address, phone number, e-mail account, and maybe even the name of his employer (if he has a job). That information should be outed.
