13. I like the idea of a dance off too.
I think the leaders of the nations (Presidents) should have to have a dance competion live on TV to solve their conflicts. The UN can choose the style of dance and can judge. I think disco would be awesome. Bush could dance to "push, push in the bush". That would be great comic relief.

If dance offs were used to solved problems, then we'd probably vote for presidents based on their dancing skills. Wouldn't the world be a better place if this was how things were done?

6. by doing something, ANYTHING, other than killing
innocents.

It's always the civillians that pay most harshly for politicians who decide to make war.

8. A friend thought up a way to have wars without anyone dying...
Edited on Sun Jan-09-05 11:29 PM by ZombieNixon

War by video game! Basically, each nation concerned gets a crack team of video game nerds and they play Diablo or Baldur's Gate or Halo over the Internet, and the country to whom the last man standing belongs in the winner.

12. Talk about your world power shake-ups.
South Korea and Japan would dominate, with the U.S. coming in a distant third. Would be cool though =)

16. Hey, Asia's already on its way to becoming a world power.
Once the Japanese take over, it's only a matter of time before wars really are conducted this way. :)

15. I say we fight wars not with weapons, but with comedy!
Instead of lobbing grenades at the enemy, we lob rubber chickens at them and shout, "YO' MAMA!!!" }(

is the obvious answer to all serious conflict resolution. I'm sure Turbo, Laser, and the gang would be happy to come out of retirement to help solve the world's problems.
