he was out running errands when i called him to pick me up and take me to the hospital....there was no way i could drive. i was fighting just to keep from losing consciousness, not knowing what the hell was wrong....all the potential horrors were running through my mind (stroke, seizures, anxiety attacks, DTs, insanity from watching an ashlee simpson video online). he got me there, and hung around while the highly skilled medical technicians impressively gave me a catscan before making me drink the marker. the nurse sticking me with needles told me about her arthritis while she dropped syringes and caps on the floor. not a single one of the doctors or nurses would agree to give me a prescription for medical marijuana. then, probably because they had paying customers with hangnails waiting in the lobby, they pumped me up with some drugs and booted me out the door.

i'm still a little woozy and not quite sure what they were thinking about that one. if i go into a coma tonight, you can thank the texas healthcare system.

6. this emergency room was actually pretty good......

they got me back to see a doctor pretty quickly and i didn't have to fill out any forms. the people working there were very nice....though, i still can't see why they wouldn't prescribe medical pot for me. i had all the classics symptoms (mainly i was too sober). instead they gave me valium and some other tranquilizer.

8. the one or two times consciousness did kick in during the ride....

i got to see D flip off some dumb texas turd hogging the road with an SUV. most of the time i spent writhing in the seat, extremities numb, fighting against unconciousness and groaning in pain.

hopefully i won't have another scare like this.

doc said the brain scan showed no problems, but who knows. they seemed to feel that my post concussion trauma was causing me to have anxiety attacks that multiplied the symptoms greatly.

.....hopefully this will never happen again. trust me, it was the scariest thing that ever happened to me.

....that no scan is really ever needed. freepers tend to look like freepers and it's hard for them to hide that fact. they're angry, hateful, braindead, racist white trash and you can spot them a mile a way.

symptoms. bad anxiety attacks. debilitating ones. i hope they are right. the last nurse also told me not to worry that the post concussion symptoms will go away completely. i hope she's right. trying to read is a bitch right now.
