and to be honest, Ive never even used pot and I think the drug laws in this country are screwed up. A person with drugs should not be treated the same as a violent criminal and go to jail for the same time or more than a murderer, a beater, or a rapist.

Yeah I read the post article on Stroup, good man. I had no idea until I talked to my dad about it, he was ilke oh Ive met him a couple times and I used to do stuff for NORML, I am not surprised neing he's my social issues influence.

Good for you, man. I think that is a very "winnable" battle. Hell, the proposition to legalize it in Alaska was just narrowly shot down.

We have very f*cked drug laws here. The reform activists need all the help they can get. You can save a lot of hearts from being broken, like this guy's family:

those of us who do partake, would very much appreciate the effort by individuals like youself who don't, it's important to the war, and you can be more effective in the fight with less to lose! i would be the #1 activist in the cause, but i'm just too paranoid, too much to risk.
