O.K. so what is the best (free or cheap) photo editing software?
I know that Adobe is supposedly the best but, I'm looking for something free, or cheap and intuitive. Photo shop is way too sophisticated and I don't need it or need to spend the time learning it. They will just find something more complicated next week, so hook me up with one that works without a learning curve!

1. I Know of Two
ArcSoft Photo Impression - It came with our digital camera. Very easy to use.

Babya Photo Workshop - I downloaded it for free when we got our new PC. It seems to work fairly well

3. GIMP...General Image Manipulation Program...
free and VERY powerful. Dont know if it's ported to windows tho. But if youre using linux or mac, you're good to go.
