For those who were fortunate enough to have avoided seeing the picture, it's of a guy who looks like a young (college age?) Bush, who hasn't shaved in awhile, lounging on a couch or bed in a posture rather like the painting of Adam on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, only way uglier. This person has an unimpressive physique, no muscles worth mentioning, and he is, shall we say, unimpressive in another area as well. Floppy and leaning right. Trust me, you don't want to see it.
