I like or not parents, your children are talentless hacks. Quit making them sing Christmas carols, because they suck!

5. Bah, Humbug, I say - to the Author of this Thread!
To the author of this thread ... I was just like you until I was blessed with Beloved Daughter! I brought chicken to school for their party today, and clapped as they sang songs.

6. When my daughter graduated from Kindergarten
16 years ago, the kids wore little construction paper mortorboards and sang "Great Oaks From Little Acorns Grow."

Bawled like a baby. Still do every time I think about it!

3. It's the innocence and sweetness that sounds good--perhaps not the actual
hitting of notes.

Of course, that little pisser that shoved into MY kid yesterday has neither. :evil grin:

But I think that's what people are responding to when they hear young children sing.

7. I am in total sympathy with you.

Actually, I am not a child lover. I really prefer baby animals. I have two children who are now adults, and they are lucky they got past the age of 6 because I really have very little patience with children. And now I have to deal with their kids, my grandchildren. I know I was a child at one time and I can't understand why I was tolerated because I was a total spoiled brat

8. Another benefit of not having children
You don't have to go listen to other people's kids sing when yours is in some kind of Christmas choir.

12. Good use of punctuation, Mr. Picky.
Your post should have read "Well, at least my kids can write a coherent thought. You suck at writing."

Now compare.
