I hate tv commercials where they say it's easy to print digital pics
People don't know that their precious printouts will be faded and worthless in less than 10 years.

and any printer that will print any quality worth having costs $500+ dollars.

Of course, there's not a commercial I like...

1. Waterproof/Fade Proof Prints
Many dock station printers now coat pictures with a waterproof/fade proof coating. They do last longer than 10 years (we have some from a cheap epson photo printer). The new ones do much better, and with photo lab quality. Ignore the commercials and test several new printers. You might be surprised! :) Just a friendly suggestion.
