The insanity and chaos continues every Sunday at 9 pm et/pt. First introduced to audiences in 2001, this Showcase Original Series follows the story of Julian, Ricky and Bubbles—three guys whose view of the world has been shaped by their experiences growing up in Sunnyvale Trailer Park.

4. A truly funny show set in New Brunswick Canada
It's over the top with foul language but once you get past that the story lines & characters are hysterical the situations they get into are
unreal.

13. Or possibly Halifax, Nova Scotia.
My most farourite episode titles

1) Fuck community college, let's get drunk and eat chicken fingers.
2) If I can't smoke and swear, I'm fucked.
3) Mrs. Peterson's dog gets fucked up.

I watch them in Canada. We get the full impact. What is BBC America doing about the profanity?

23. "What is BBC America doing about the profanity?" As far as I know
they show an edited version earlier in the evening and unedited later at night.

Fuck community college, let's get drunk and eat chicken fingers.

The episode when Bubbles is reunited with conky his long lost ventriloquist doll is killer.

I'm hooked on Trailer Park Boys. I learned about it from another discussion board and tuned in to BBC America for the TPB experience.

The funny thing is that even though I live in Appalachian America, I know people just like Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles.

If you do watch the show make sure you watch or record the uncensored version that BBC runs late at night.

I already bought the first three seasons on DVD from Canada, and can't wait for the release for the fourth.

They are coming to the big screen too!! A Trailer Park Boys movie is set to begin shooting in 2005 with Ivan Reitman producing.

Bubbles' Rap

I got a grey kitty, white one, and a tabby too,
And a big orange guy who put snakes in my shoes,
Mad MC skills, leave ya struck,
and I roll with ma kitties,
And I'm hard as fuck,

I am down with Plato and Socrates,
And I like to get busy with all the ladies.
Grunt, grunt,
sumthin', sumthin', sumthin',
Grunt,
Up in ma shed, up in ma shed...

22. Good show description
Never heard of "Trailer Park Boys?" That's because it's a new series from Canada imported to the BBC-America channel. If you get BBC American you can see it on Thursday nights at 9 pm ET.

What exactly is "Trailer Park Boys?" Well, first there was the FOX documentary crime show "COPS" where cameras followed around police officers on their shifts and documented the real life drama facing law enforcement each day. Then, Comedy Central unveiled a parody of "COPS" called "Reno 911" which is a very funny show if you've never seen it. To complete the evolution, we now have a "mockumentary" format show that seems to show life from the other side, from the CONs perspective.

"Trailer Park Boys" follows two friends, Ricky and Julian, both just released from prison after serving their time for some petty crime. Both head back to their home, a rundown trailer park where once they were kings . . . but no more. There are a delightful number of other weird characters in the show from a shirtless trailer park security guard to a real nutball--Bubbles--who lives in the tool shed BEHIND someone's trailer.

The show has some brilliant moments that I think most BadJocks readers will appreciate and I can almost guarantee you've never seen anything like "Trailer Park Boys" before . . . certainly not on snooty American TV.

If you haven't already seen "Trailer Park Boys" we suggest you check it out. BadJocks received 5 DVDs of the first two episodes from Season One and we're giving them away! All you have to do is to sign up for the free BadJocks Mailing list, then send us an e-mail at [email protected]. (If you're already on the mailing list, drop me a line first.)

The first five people that sign up will get a free copy, courtesy of BadJocks and BBC America!
