10. Once in an office I worked in...

... this cute young lady from some European country put a muffin in the microwave. The smell of smoke wafted through the halls and there was major commotion in the break room, the poor muffin was literally flaming!

Turns out she wanted 10 seconds but entered 10 minutes. Anything to break up the workday!
