I realized that I think like a child and I need to apologize

This election has brought my hidden personality to the front and I am not liking what I see.

Most of my decisions have been based in emotion. I go tearing off on tangents making statements aimed at other people without any regard to their beliefs or feelings. I am spoiled and when I do not get what I want, I rage onward for weeks until I am totally exhausted and have driven any acquaintances and/or support away from me. Then, I sit and think about myself even more.

So, to anyone I may have pissed off, hurt, or insulted I apologize. I really need to get out of my fat ego and stop taking this election personal by attacking groups who I preconceive as the enemy.

This is becoming a difficult lesson for me. I do not know everything. In fact, I know nothing.

In time, we'll all come around. Just take some time to mourn and lick our wounds. It hurts. Especially as evidence mounts that this thing was stolen. Being angry and acting as such is normal. We'll get up again, with plenty of time to fight.

I've kept my shutters closed for the past few weeks, my house is filthy and I am not proud of myself. I've been one to have an immaculate house-- no longer. My atitude lately is purely procrastination...I'll do it tomorrow. When tomorrow comes, I say I'll do it tomorrow.
