Questions for a school project I am doing (Genetics and Ethics)

Hey all, I am doing a medical ethics project on Genetic Engineering and Screening and I wanted to get some opinions on what people either know/feel/hate/love about these topics:

Newborn Screening
Pre-employment genetic screening
Genetic profiling (getting your entire genome sequenced to see if you will have a disease later in life)
Carrier testing (seeing if you can pass on a disease to your children)
Cloning (human and animal)
Gene doping (athletes)

If you have any stories you would like to share involving any of these topics, it would be greatly appreciated. I need to do a 50 minute presentation on this and would love to have the opinions of you smart individuals
