| Sugar-free Jelly Bellies!! they are awesome. |
|
and I usually don't like the sugar subsitute products, absolutely nothing nutrasweet (which is toxic crap anyway, and likely only got approved b.c of Rumsfeld's connection), and only a couple of splenda things (beverages are gross, except instant Nestle hot cocoa, and the splenad packets taste fine in my own tea)
But these Jelly Bellies are awesome, I swear! and only 80 cals for 35 pieces, 60 cals less than sugarfull Jelly Bellies! whee, there is some small saving grace in this bizarre world after all!

| 2. What is the sweetner used in Jelly Bellies if not the ones you mentioned? |
|
I need a little sugarless sweet treat every now and then.

| 5. yep, gotta watch out for that "laxative effect" |
|
don't worry, it only takes a few to satisfy my sweet tooth! but I have friends who suck on sugar-free hard candies all day and eat practically nothing else, and get terrible cramps..course eating too much of regular sugarfied foods has adverse effects, too, even too much fruit, which I can have a tendency to overindulge in.
now they sell these preblended packages of Splenda/sugar blend for baking! maybe I'll actually make some holiday treats again this year, see if anyone can taste the difference..
