23. Nighttime antihistamines. That is it. I've seen talk about Ambien but
I don't know anything about it. I've been so anxious about the election and then post-election, our country and the world, that I've had a hard time sleeping.

I don't want to take anything but my mind refuses to shut off. If I am not practically asleep when I turn off the light or TV, it just starts running and I am more awake then I was before (it has always been that way).

I really envy the people that can just conk out in no time.

5. I adore sleeping.
It's my favorite sport!

I can sleep ANYWHERE. I've fallen asleep at concerts, at parties...you name it, I'm out.

10. As a long time narcoleptic
I could go for this! Let me get down from my Ritalin/caffeine buzz and I will join you. Or, perhaps a slumber party, my house? Lots of room. Bring your sleeping bag. Bet I can be asleep before any of you. Hi John, just had to stop in.

31. sleep is the best thing ever
The first thing I think about when the alarm goes off is whether or not I can fit in a nap that day. I heart naps.
