I'm in between awake and sleep. I'm so tired I can't get off my chair and go to bed.

4. Some people hallucinate when they try to stay awake on that.
Lie in bed and close your eyes and before you know it it'll be tommorow.

7. I can relate, but let's both calm down, sometimes it really takes effort.

Yes, I know how you feel. We need to stop our heads from spinning so we can focus. There are ways to calm down, like following the breath, focusing on different parts of the body and relaxing the muscles, praying, stretching, whatever works.

I think one thing I need to do is more exercise, like aerobics and weight lifting. It helps to focus the mind and to relax.
