...after 4 months of complaining about how 6 cats is too many, last week he saw me looking at a kitten up for adoption at PetsMart and asked me if I wanted to adopt her knowing how sad I was about Mariko's passing.

I told him no, because we had a deal that the only reason we got Mischeif was because Mariko was getting old and I wanted to have another siamese ready to take her place when her time came.

But it was a nice offer nonetheless.
