Just found out my 9 year old cousin has an inoperable brain tumor

His being treated at Dartmouth Hitchcock in NH which has a great cancer facility, and will be going through 7 weeks of radiation and chemo. I hope it works, he's got such a fight ahead of him :(

They are a source of A LOT of very good information. If your family has any resources to do so, try to get your cousin to Dr. Ben Carson at Johns Hopkins University, or Dr. Canaday at University of Michigan's Mott's Children's Hospital for a second opinion.

My niece had both of them as doctors and they are experts in pediatric brain tumors. In the face of "no hope" and "three to six months" offered by other doctors, they gave us four additional, quality years with her.
