Throbbing migraine
No doubt brought on by tensely sitting on the edge of my sofa last night punctuated by loud shrieks of joy and fueled by too much beer. I've had three cups of tea and a Vicodin - should help though I'm sure staring at the computer screen isn't the best thing for it.

Oh, well, I'd rather have a Boston-won-the-World-Series headache than another Boston-blew-it headache!

1. Mineral Ice on your neck and jaw joint can help. Really.

2. Magnesium Chloride
Most migraines are partially the result of magnesium deficiency.

The form of magnesium that the body can absorb most readily is MgCl, and is available at most pharmacies as the brand Slo-Mag.

3. this is magical
take three deep cleansing breaths - in your nose, out your mouth.

VISUALIZE, FEEEEEEL your hand slowly dipping into a bucket of hot water.

do it a few times.

7. Thanks all
I appreciate it. I've had migraines for many years. Often, I find a warm compress on my eyes works well. I have heard good things about biofeedback but I've never tried it.

Appreciate the suggestions. :hi:
