4. Funny story about the loser gear-it has already been made
I read this over 10 years ago in SI. They already have the hats, shirts, and such made for each. They already are ready to print out the stuff for the stores-they will work and ship overnight to get it to the stores.

The loser gear is given to international aid organizations-UN and such. The SI article featured photos of lots of kids in Romania (I think it was) with Super Bowl Champion Buffalo Bills t-shirts on.

I think that is pretty cool.
