5. Actually the 1942 Toronto maple leafs rallied

from a 3 games to none disadvantage against my beloved Red Wings. They won the cup in 4 straight.

The only other NHL team to come back from a 3-0 deficit was the 1975 Islanders aginst Pittsburgh in the 2nd round which they won in 7. Then in the semi-finals against Philly they came back from 3-0 to tie but the Flyers prevailed.

Last team to come back from 3-1. 2000 New Jersey Devils against Philadelphia in the conference finals (Devils won the cup that year).

1942- the Toronto Maple Leafs came back from 0-3 to beat the Detroit Redwings 4-3

1975- the NY Islanders came back from 0-3 to defeat the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-3

It has never happened in baseball or basketball.
