Finally! I've been wondering for ages who Bush reminds me of, and it finally hit me this morning when watching some clips from the debate last night. Actually, Ernest T. Bass is one of my all time favorite TV characters - I just can't believe that he's running/ruining the country.

I've been lurking at DU for a year now and I only got motivated to sign up yesterday so I could post an article I found. Somewhere here this past week I saw "Mayberry Machiavelli" and thought that if anyone could be a wise and benevolent dictator it should be Ernest T Bass :)
