They have already begun to appear on the streets of NYC (I actually saw some girl wearing them in August). They are ubiquitous.

2. That's so last year, LOL.

I bought a pair for my sis last year, she didn't like them.
I sold them for 300 bucks on ebay and they cost me half that.
Oprah had the pink ones on her Christmas show, they were selling for a LOT. Now I can't buy any for retail, and they've now grown on me. :(

If you've worn a pair, I hear you'll understand. They're warm, soft, and comfy.
Celebrities wear them, that means a lot to some folks.

Though, they have to kill the sheep to get Uggs. That bothers me.

i still don't get the point. i think they're ugly. and i thought they were ugly when we had them in the 80s too.


i had to laugh at the fashion victims tho. there is no good reason for any woman to be sporting those on the streets of Atlanta in october. I think it just dipped below 70 for the first time this season, today.

6. I have Emus

The same thing, but they're cheaper. I don't like the way they look, but they are the most comfy things ever. I wore them to work last year when it snowed and I keep looking down and thinking I accidentally wore my slippers to work. :)

7. I was looking at Emus...and the really cheap Target knockoffs, LOL...

I'm not a fashionista (I kind of want to be, some days), but I'm such a low maintenance chick that going to work with no socks and warm boots is highly attractive to me.

But again...the sheep....but then, I eat meat.

Edit: D'oh, I'm brainless today. Obviously, the exterior is sheepskin on real Uggs. My aren't real.
