I HATE HATE HATE it when I see like 18 year old kids wearing their D.A.R.E. shirts.

It's even worse when they are obviously pot smokers.

I want to punch those kids in the throat.

13. Fu*k DARE

Using deceitful scare tactic propaganda on ten and eleven year olds to program them against drugs, alcohol, or anything is evil. I remember those mandatory aversion therapy sessions with nothing but anger as they gave me nightmares - I was seriously traumatized over the fear that avoiding drug use (and therefore immediate addiction and a quick descent into the abyss, of course) would take some enormous heroic effort on my part as drugs and dealers were EVERYWHERE.

Now I boil over when i hear coworkers tell me about their kids who're in DARE or some such BS who come home thinking their parents are alcoholics because they've seen them drink a beer.

15. The D.A.R.E. program at my school was hilarious.

They had this DARE Car that was all sleek looking with a siren on it, and it had DARE written all over it.

I always thought, whats the point?

Kid A: Yo man, come take a hit off this here crack pipe.

Kid B: Ok, but wait a second...

that car was just so fucking awesome... I can't do it.
