1. Not at all
The Kindergarten Chef and I just made a pan of brownies an hour or so ago and we didn't bother to frost them.

5. Brownies... not so evil,
but not frosting cupcakes is certainly a sign that you are truely evil... I mean what are cupcakes if not merely a socially acceptable vehicle to eat frosting?

10. Sometimes I make a 7-minute boiled icing for my cakes
I bake from scratch, and icing is not necessary:P

are from scratch and they puff up into little domes on top, and have a glazed appearance.. no icing necessary :)
