"You Haven't Done Nothin'"/Stevie Wonder and the Jackson 5ive springs to mind for me.

It could have been written yesterday.

1. "What a Wonderful World" By Louis Armstrong
It was a moderate hit when first released in 1969, and a much bigger hit when it appeared in "Good Morning, Vietnam".

2. Movie: Red Dawn
Stupid, cheesey, over the top cold war propaganda film. I just love the way it's meaning is turned upsidedown by the situation in Iraq.

3. The movie "Network"
This 1976 film was very much ahead of its time on many subjects -- particularly the news media. In fact, the fictional UBS looks like a lot like FOX, with Howard Beale playing the role of Bill O'Reilly.
