My VW convertible is goining home to Germany!
He showed me 90 $100 bills & I said SOLD!... Now my restored '60 bug is being shipped back to where it came from. It seems that there is a huge demand for rebuilt VWs in der fatherland. The fact that the Euro is stronger than the $ must have been a factor.

2. you are right about
the euros. alot of collectors from europe are coming here and buying back cars. they are also buying restored american 50-60`s cars. lot cheaper to buy them here and ship them back than to restore,if they can find them, cars in europe.
