Yelling "Booya, how you like me now?" at Kerry-Bush debates forbidden

Additional rules:

1). President Bush must wash his hands prior to the debate. If he is witnessed picking his nose prior to taking the stage, Senator Kerry is excused from shaking hands with him.

2). Regardless of the height of the podiums used, both candidates must wear pants at all times.

3). Moderators are NOT allowed to take a Jaeger shot whenever President Bush uses the words "freedom," "terror," "stay the course," or "prevail."

4). President Bush is NOT allowed to discuss any aspect of Senator Kerry's service in Vietnam. In return, Senator Kerry is not allowed to discuss any aspect of President Bush's life prior to September 30, 2004.

5). President Bush is not allowed to "do a line" between questions, even if he is doing so "to take the edge off."

I've already told everybody they're just going to stay here. I mean, one of the rules is to chug when Bush does that "Chuckle, glance off to the side" thing. I'm gonna be on the floor in the first five minutes!
