My dinner - Jamba Juice with a double shot of vodka

Drove to town to drop off some movies. Normally, I go in early and get out of there. From this trip, I've deduced that all the wingnuts are out in the afternoon.

Lady at the car wash, standing right in the middle of the office where you pay. She has a large briefcase type item on the floor at her feet, a sheaf of papers in her hand and a cell phone attached to her ear.

I say, "Are you in line?" She shakes her head 'no' but never budges. I have to literally push past her. Yeah, okay.

Numbskull at the video store gives me grief because I tell him a movie I rented was not watchable. Bad sound and picture. This is not a new release - it was the original "Batman" and I think the original copy. He seems to think I'm trying to cheat him out of a $1.99 rental fee. Fine, keep it.

Go to Jamba Juice. There's a woman standing directly in front of the door yakking on her cell phone. What is it with people standing in front of doors? I see them all the time, sometimes in groups. They stand right there while people edge around them - very rude. I say, "excuse me" - she says, "sure" and NEVER MOVES!

I grab a Mango Mantra, drive quickly home and pour half a bottle of vodka into it. Ahhhhhh...................

And now that I've discovered how good they are with vodka, I'll probably be more addicted.

I've seen em, but never had quite the nerve... But you could freeze half while your're on your first vodka smoothie!

Had I been thinking, I would have ordered one. Of course, then I would have had to run to Safeway to get more vodka and I would have run into the horrid little man with the "Register as a Republican Here" table.

Then I would have needed two mongo Jambas and bail money.
