Flo and Eddie were brilliant as the Turtles (still are, see them if you get a chance) and they were brilliant as Mothers of Invention. I love that period more than any other Mothers period. Zappa knew exactly what he was doing and including them in the band was another of his long line of strokes of genius.

Flo and Eddie live were incredible in the 70's.
