I just paid a $160 ticket! And they stick ya with 30 or 50 if you go over the meter here!

parking tickets were $5. However, if you had 5 of them (or so) and did not pay them after a month you would get arrested. I kid you not.

7. Now what you do is save that ticket envelop,

or photocopy the ticket, and make your "investment" earn even more for y ou and the next time you park w/o paying, put it on your dashboard.
