12. They did that bad in their opener, eh?
I don't understand the Bengals offense right now. It's usually not a question of scoring points for the Bengals as much as it is keeping the other team off the board. Maybe that Dolphin defense is just extra tough.

13. The inner city of Cincy is fairly liberal from what I hear
Edited on Sun Sep-19-04 09:31 PM by Droopy
They consistently elect Dems to their city offices. It's the suburbs that tend to be conservative. And they've got that blasted AM radio station 700 WLW (or Dubya L Dubya I should say) that cranks out conservative propaganda and spreads it to wherever its 50,000 watt power range will go, giving the rest of the country that racist redneck impression.

22. maybe, but there is a large Klan presence there
gays and brown people get beat up a lot. But I'm sure the black people in the inner city are Dems just like they are in the rest of the country.

That's also the land of the conservative Dems and this city is sometimes calls Cinci-tucky due to it's ridiculous proximity to Kentucky. The Cinci airport is in Kentucky.

as I said before, no offense to any good people from Cinci whether you be left or right.

You should read what turnleft has to say about my shitstain of a hometown: http://www.turnleft.com/places/somerset.html

33. Now is Cincy's D that good or
or is the Dolphin's offense just stinking up the joint tonight. I'd like to think the Bengals are good, but I just don't know yet. I didn't follow pre season and I missed the first week's games.

The Cincinnati offense in week one lit it up under Carson Palmer as he threw for over 200 yards and two TD's.

37. This is embarrassing
I'm not one to agree with Joe Theismann, but this offensive line is terrible. This is inexcusable. I don't think Peyton Manning could do anything with this O-Line.

38. Yeah, I was wondering what the deal was with Miami's offense
if the Bengals were just good on D. I think you're right and that you need to do something about that line. It will take another game or two to convince me that Cincinnati has a good defense, but they are looking awful good tonight. I hope they can keep it up.

41. LOL
My blog read something like "With 6 minutes to go, Miami's on their way to a second straight loss to open the season". Needless to say, I edited it shortly thereafter.

Somehow, I still think we find a way to lose this game.

47. This is Miami's problem
Their defense is awesome early in games. But when it really matters, like in that last drive, they fall apart. Disgraceful!

Carson Palmer did well. That's the reason Cincinnati is going places and the Dolphins are in the gutter.
