my nasty food thing: a deep fried cockroach (Large one too) at the bottom of order of chicken fingers. it basicaLLy Looked Like a chicken finger, but with Legs and antenae poking out.

3. An earwig in my coke (one day ago),

which ended up in my mouth. It felt like something soft, gelatinous, and not right with the world of coke so I spit it out and basically freaked when I saw it.

5. Years ago,

when I was young and broke, I stupidly lived on much junk food from my Texaco credit card.

I'd bought myself a microwaveable burrito for lunch one day, and sitting in the breakroom at Sound Warehouse I bit into it and tasted a horrible, disgusting chemical taste.

When I examined it, I saw a huge chunk of mold in the middle. Needless to say, I spit it into a napkin and ate the rest of my lunch, no burrito. And I have never eaten one again.

My mother-in-law once found a used bandaid in her food at a restaurant...

9. Food

I once worked for an insurance company that handled the liability for the local 7UP botteling Company. We had several shelves in the supply room with "foreign material" in them. The most vivid were mice. I knew someone who knew two guys who were fired from a fish and chips place for spilling their seed in the vat of tartar sauce.

10. I let some potatoes go bad in my garage...

when I picked the gross bag up, it was full of these disgusting caterpillar/worm-like freaky things about an inch long. They were every where, and I've never seen anything like that in my life. They had long "noses" that felt around for stuff. I stomped one and it was full of yellow gook, so I had to try to sweep them up to get rid of them.

I figure they came from eggs that were laid in the potatoes before I even bought them. I may never eat potatoes again. This was a month ago and I'm still freaked out.

13. My wife found a half of a moth in her salad.....

We were in Las Vegas on the Strip. We had tickets to see Diana Ross at the Caesar's Palace after dinner. I called the matra dee and very vocally showed him what we had found....everyone in the place could hear us I am sure. We got up and left since we were running late anyway.... it gave us a good excuse to get out of there..L0L....

As we were leaving... we could hear the matra dee screaming at the kitchen employees and everyone in the restraint checking their own salads...;-)

At least the concert was great... I even went up on stage with D.Ross that night...:-)
