DU gatherings the weekend after the election.

I think it would be cool to have DU gatherings...everywhere...the weekend after the election. A nice way to celebrate....no? :-)

Or is it a stupid idea?

4. We in Illinois will have another reason to celebrate...Barack Obama.

OVERWHELMINGLY elected our next United States Senator. On this race...the fat lady has not only sung, she's packed up and is leaving the theater. :-)

Obama is a good, decent man and will represent our state well in the United States Senate.
