Tornado Warning 5 miles from me....floods last night

More floods tonight. We haven't had more than 12 hours without heavy rain for 5 days. Yesterday it rained for hours.

This weather is WILD! You aren't supposed to get tornados in the freaking mountains but one has been spotted five miles from me.
The tornado is supposed pass to the north but I am about to get my cats and go cower in the bathroom. All they have to do is call the warning for Lackawanna Pa and I am out of here.

PS, were you there for Andrew? I was but in Ft Lauderdale. We had trees down and stuff, it wasn't that bad for us.

7. I was in Homestead For Hurricane Andrew.

Right now I am in Fort Myers. Nothing going on right now, But we have had record rainfalls and the ground is saturated. And the Tropical Storm is expected to drop another 15 inches of rain.

5. You still Okay, there? PA?

No weather reports for your area that I saw.....but I'm NC....and the "Weather Channel" sucks lately. They had radar showing violent storms with yellow and red.....and we never got a thing....then other times we are supposed to be okay and we get flooding rains and lighting like crazy. This has been going on all summer.

Did they take all the weather sattlelites and appropriate them for Military use? Something is really wrong here. Haven't gotten a decent report in I can't remember when.

I have cats too and would head for my hall closet....have done it before!

it is flooding all around me on lower elevations. But I live on a hill so I am fine. The really bad storm passed north of me but we are getting the down stream floods. It is so hilly here that the flooding doesn't spread far.
