1. Go rent one of those steam cleaners
at Walmart. I do it about once a year. I take the seats completely out of the car and give them a good vacuuming.

I will do that -- unless someone else has a better idea.

Not sure if I can take them out but trying doesn't hurt.

5. Makes them really clean - with a lemon scent!
I have a chocolate lab who loves to duckhunt, so you can imagine the amount of mud I'm sucking out of that car each year.

It'll set you back about $30.

great for carpets but I didn't see any attachments to use for things you can't just run over them.

Did I miss something?

ON EDIT: visited their site, they have a tool to that so ingore this.

Called the utlra stream shark , he got it at sears .
It's so cool it's a small handheld unit w/ attatchments .

8. Not long...just keep the windows open.
It works like a charm. I think the steamers at Walmart is called the RugDoctor

9. Little mean green machine. Hand held carpet shampooer..
and use Mr. Clean or a reasonable facsimile NOT carpet shampoo.
