7. Bruce Lee
I am sure he changed the way Hollywood fight scenes are staged in film and how actors prepare themselves for fight scenes. Plus, he looked cool doing his thing.

Edited on Sun Aug-29-04 10:31 PM by flamingyouth
I mean, what man other than Patrick Swayze could fight all those guys and not even wrinkle his linen pants? He must have not even fastened his seat belt! He never had wrinkles in his pants! It's a miracle! :D

Love that line, spoken to Tim Roth, who is trying to retrieve Jackson's walleet from a trash bag.

28. ENGLISH, MOTHERF*CKER...! DO YOU SPEAK IT?!?!?!
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee...!

11. Had to go with Clint Eastwood. The movie, which I really like oddly
enough, that made me think that the guy was the bad ass of all times was 'The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly'. Eastwood, Lee Van Cleef, and Eli Wallach, three really bad dudes.

12. Jules Winnfield
From Pulp Fiction, Jules:

"Normally, both your asses would be dead as fucking fried chicken, but you happen to pull this shit while I'm in a transitional period so I don't wanna kill you, I wanna help you. But I can't give you this case, it don't belong to me. Besides, I've already been through too much shit this morning over this case to hand it over to your dumb ass."

Jules : What does Marcellus Wallace look like?
Brett : What?
Jules : What country you from?
Brett : What?
Jules : "What" ain't no country I ever heard of! They speak English in What?
Brett : What?
Jules : ENGLISH, MOTHERFUCKER! DO-YOU-SPEAK-IT?
Brett : Yes!
Jules : Then you know what I'm saying!
Brett : Yes!
Jules : Describe what Marcellus Wallace looks like!
Brett : What, I-?
Jules : Say "what" again. SAY "WHAT" AGAIN. I dare you, I double dare you, motherfucker. Say "what" one more goddamn time.
Brett : He's b-b-black...
Jules : Go on.
Brett : He's bald...
Jules : Does he look like a bitch?
Brett : What?

Jules : DOES HE LOOK LIKE A BITCH?
Brett : No!
Jules : Then why you try to fuck him like a bitch, Brett?
Brett : I didn't.
Jules : Yes you did. Yes you did, Brett. You tried to fuck him. And Marcellus Wallace don't like to be fucked by anybody, except Mrs. Wallace.

"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. Especially anytime he is in a Tarantino flick. How is the piano player in a church a bad ass? I don't know but Rufus certainly was in KB2.

I have a picture of him on my refrigerator. Taken with my nephew, who was at at the same car show as he was. It's a great shot, with my nephew flashing the peace sign, and Chow Yun Fat flashing his million- dollar smile.

47. Yea,
I love Steve Mc Queen. He was supposed to have been a bad boy off screen, too. There's a place down the road, they call it the Pyramid now, it used to be an alternate medical facility. Anyway, that's where he stayed and went through their "treatment' right before he died. I always think of him when I drive past it.
