I'm in Manhattan

I was supposed to be in Montreal this weekend but those plans fell through at the last minute. So I'm still here in NYC.

In fact, I'm still at work in midtown Manhattan.

I haven't paid attention to who's coming to town or what DUers are doing because I wasn't going to be here. Is anyone online who knows if people are meeting anywhere tonight?

Or any time this weekend? I'd love to meet some other DUers.

4. I've been in the "bat cave"

(that's what we call my office) since early this morning. No windows. I haven't seen a damned thing except what I see here at DU.

I'm going to hobble around in a few minutes and see what I can see.
