2. Yes he is

My buddy just got one of the little Vox Brian May model recording amps. We ran it into an old Sound City(sounds like a Hiwatt) head and Marshall 4x10 cab in the studio=Wall of guitar sound!

3. I almost bought one of those through Musicians Friend...
but was afraid to buy it sight unseen so I spent a bunch more money and got a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. Gonna save my pennies and get one now. How long you been playing? What guitars/Amps you got?

4. playing since I was 9

That makes about 32 years now. I have a St. Blues(Strings and Things) custom shop "strat" . My current amps are a Marshall AVT-20 Valvestate (20w) for studio and a Marshall Artist 3203 half stack.

5. That has to be a sweet and expensive guitar...
I had never heard of St. Blues so I searched and found this site: http://www.ybafool.com/musicmall/stblues.html

One of the other sites that had a reference to it said that Clapton owns one....gotta have something going for them. Do you like any of the signature Fender models out there? I tried the SRV model and didn't like it but did enjoy the Clapton and Malmsteen models. Did you hear about the SRV no. 1 model that Fender is making? Only going to make 100 of them and its as close to a perfect replication of his no. 1 guitar as you can get...would love to get my hands on one of them...since he is my favorite guitarist and they are obviously going to be a collectors item...no telling what that are going to charge for them.

8. Here it is

Not the best pic. I bought it new in 1987 when they were making them. I changed out the original pickups for EMG-SA's and have played it ever since.

I bet the SRV guitars are going to be pricey, probably out of my range for sure.
