The RCMP just called to tell me my credit card had been skimmed.
They wouldn't say where or when,that they don't give out that information. I called my bank but there have been no suspicious uses or withdrawls and the card had been cancelled on the 18th by the bank.

The Mounties. I'd heard of "skimming" but I guess I never thought it could happen to me. Glad the someone is on their toes.

Are you SURE this was the RCMP. I got a press release about a scam where people call and tell you they are cops and your card has been skimmed and ask you for info to verify it! THis was about to months ago!
